The Water / Wastewater plate is again ready for purchase as of April 3rd, 2006. You need to phone (225) 925-6364 and give them the information from your registration they will be able to let you know how much you will owe. After that you will need to mail in a copy of your registration, proof of insurance and it will speed your order up if you also include a copy of State certificate for water /wastewater you will only need to send (1) and your check /money order to OMV
